Just 17 minutes off I85, our gorgeous 6 bedroom cottage offers everything a family or group could want in a lakefront getaway. You'll be on a wide but uncongested part of the lake. Bring your own boat year round, the free public boat ramp only 5 minutes away, or hire one of our selected captains to take out ours. From our dock you'll enjoy the provided kayak, paddle board, canoe, or a swim at the dock in the calm waters of the quiet cove. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

You'll enjoy your choice of space to gather and relax: 2 indoor living rooms, one with pool table and entertainment space, screened outdoor living room with fireplace, reeding nook in the loft, screened balcony off the primary bedroom, and covered outdoor patio space with dining table.
Other Details to Note
-There is a set of stairs from the parking area down to the main entrance. -The path to the dock is sloped, but is relatively short and winds gradually down to the water. Guests with mobility limitations should consider whether it will be comfortable for them. -The parking area can fit a maximum of 4 cars before you have to park on the steep sloped driveway, or on the pad at the top of the driveway. -Boat trailer parking is available on the property. -The boat shown in some photos is not available for guest use or charter. -Although some are provided, guests are responsible for providing properly sized life jackets for everyone, especially for infants and young children. -Lake levels and shoreline conditions can vary throughout the year due to weather and lake management practices. The private dock has deep water year-round, even during periods when lake levels are lower than normal. Check with me before you book if you're concerned about water level. -As with any lake property, you may encounter insects, spiders, snakes, deer, geese, and other wildlife during your stay. -Guests are welcome to use the provided kayaks and paddleboard at their own risk. -The property is intended for vacation use and is not suitable for large parties or events unless specifically approved in advance.

Located in a quiet, upscale lakefront neighborhood on beautiful Lake Hartwell, our home offers a peaceful escape surrounded by mature trees, abundant wildlife, and large wooded lots. The area is ideal for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and simply relaxing by the water. Nearby, the towns of Lavonia and Toccoa offer local restaurants, shopping, and small-town charm. Popular attractions include Toccoa Falls, one of the tallest free-falling waterfalls east of the Mississippi, and Tugaloo State Park, known for its hiking trails, beaches, and lake access. What guests love most, however, is the tranquility—quiet evenings, star-filled skies, and the natural beauty that makes Lake Hartwell such a special destination.
Guest Access
Entire house and dock are yours to enjoy. Three hallway closets are locked and unavailable for guest access, however, you will find more than enough storage space in the house.

A vehicle is strongly recommended, as the area is rural and there is no public transportation. Most guests arrive by car and use it to access nearby restaurants, grocery stores, marinas, and attractions. Downtown Lavonia is about 15 minutes away, and Toccoa is about 25 minutes away. Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. Guests can easily explore the Lake Hartwell area by car or boat.
