Just 17 minutes off I85, our gorgeous 6 bedroom cottage offers everything a family or group could want in a lakefront getaway. You'll be on a wide but uncongested part of the lake. Bring your own boat year round, the free public boat ramp only 5 minutes away, or hire one of our selected captains to take out ours. From our dock you'll enjoy the provided kayak, paddle board, canoe, or a swim at the dock in the calm waters of the quiet cove. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The area is ideal for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and simply relaxing by the water. Nearby, the towns of Lavonia and Toccoa offer local restaurants, shopping, and small-town charm. Popular attractions include Toccoa Falls, one of the tallest free-falling waterfalls east of the Mississippi, and Tugaloo State Park, known for its hiking trails, beaches, and lake access. What guests love most, however, is the tranquility—quiet evenings, star-filled skies, and the natural beauty that makes Lake Hartwell such a special destination.

Entire house and dock are yours to enjoy. 3 hallway closets are locked and unavailable for guest access, however, you will find more than enough storage space in the house.

A vehicle is strongly recommended, as the area is rural and there is no public transportation. Most guests arrive by car and use it to access nearby restaurants, grocery stores, marinas, and attractions. Downtown Lavonia is about 15 minutes away, and Toccoa is about 25 minutes away. Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. Guests can easily explore the Lake Hartwell area by car or boat.
